How do we know the right sizing for your clothes?
Customers must pick one of two ways to size clothes:

Currently it takes 5 days for us to fulfil your order. We will be adding express services soon!
Can I add another item to an order once it has been placed?
Unfortunately at the moment you cannot amend the order once it has been placed.
What happens if I am not home to collect my order?
Our rider will do their best to contact you and leave it in a safe space. If this is not possible we will attempt to deliver the order at a later date. Additional delivery fees may apply.
How does contact free delivery work?
Our rider will leave the item on your doorstep and will step back 2m whilst you take your order. We ask you to maintain this same boundary when the rider is picking up your order.
Is there a minimum spend on Sojo?
Currently there is no minimum spend.
What if the item I want altered or repaired is not listed on the app?
Let us know what the item is and we will do our best to add it to our services!
Can I send different items to different seamsters?
You may, however this will need to be done using separate orders.
The alteration/repair was not as I expected, what should I do?
We’re so sorry to hear that your order may have gone wrong.
What times does Sojo offer for pick ups?
We currently offer 3-hour pick up/drop-off slots. You will be able to see these at checkout!
We love Sojo! When are you expanding?
We currently operate in London. If you would like your area to be covered by us, let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org!
How are the clothes packaged?
Please give your items to our riders in a (preferably sustainable!) bag. We will return this to you with your items (if you're lucky these will all be within a re-useable Sojo jute bag).
